Paul Roberts has 25 years experience at a senior level in Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Marketing and Commercial Management, primarily in the manufacturing sector. He held appointments at Director level in the European arm of leading Global FMCG company Kimberly-Clark for 12 years. He has 25 years experience as an elected Councillor, including a period as Leader of Chester City Council. He spent 5 years with the Open University, as a tutor in Management. He is Trustee Treasurer of the National Flood Forum.

Paul uses his breadth of experience and his commercial and analytical skills to help clients identify and overcome obstacles to improved performance - anywhere in the organisation. He helps management teams to review and develop realistic strategic and operational plans that build on their business's strengths. He identifies opportunities to achieve significant business improvements, and works with internal teams to develop and implement the practicable and effective systems, processes and approaches needed to exploit them to the full. He assists management with assessment of targets prior to acquisition, preparation of proposals to UK or EC regulatory bodies, and integration following purchase or merger.
